Leadership Situational Analysis for the Fire Officer
There is much discussion about situational awareness providing for firefighter safety on the emergency scene, but in this program we will look at the non-emergency situational awareness that a fire officer needs to “survive” in dealing with personnel issues and fire station sociology. This program allows the participant to view situational awareness from the troops, from city hall, from the “customer” and even an internal look at themselves.
