Review the new class of extinguishing agents and please go out and familiarize yourself with extinguishing systems in hood and ducts as provided in your local restaurants.
Review the basics of the NFPA standard and then go out and look at the stuff in the restaurants in your response area.
Review what the conditions will be when you arrive.
What will he roof be showing out of the vents?
What if that is not what is showing, what does that mean?
